Pulse provides testimony during House LEO Appropriations and Labor Committees

On March 7, 2024 Pulse’s Co-Director Kathy Szenda Wilson provided testimony during a joint hearing of the House LEO Appropriations and Labor Committees.  The goal of the testimony was to help legislators understand the gravity of the labor crisis facing the early childhood sector, childcare specifically.  “Families can’t afford to pay and teachers can’t afford to stay.”
